Telkom is pathetic and theys service's suckes

Hi again my name is pretisha rajaram every month telkom is disconnecting our service's yet we pay the account last month my husband paid R4500 AND he left a bal of 2500 because we had sum other things to sort out without giving us grace telkom disconnected our service's they didn't give us any notice I humbly ask that telkom needs to give theys loyal customers grace because the service's they are giving us is not free we are paying for those services and telkom shouldn't be disconnecting those service's I'm sick of thus unpleasant behavior telkom behavior like theys service's are been used for free when we has customers are paying our bal they couldn't atleast given us grace till our next pay to pay the balance in fill but they keep disconnecting us and expect to pay full service's what bull**** this is
