Telkom is pathetic and ridiculous

Pathetic and ridiculous company. I called every single number provided by various departments in order to settle my account, none of these departments were able to assist me with my query. I then requested a call back and they called and it rang for less that a second before they hung up. I tried to redial that number and the agent says they can't hear me and ends the call.

I just want to settle and close this phone contract for crying out loud. Telkom has horrible customer care.
