Telkom is pathetic !!!

Telkom is not competent at all! Someone used my information to apply for cellphones telephonically. They were delivered to wherever God knows... I went to the branch, did an affidavit and all. Since this was reported on the 26 June 2021 I have never received any call or email for updates. Telkom only cares about sales and not assisting people. I just want them to clear my name... I will never recommend it to anyone
