TELKOM is pathetic

Pathetic service, *********** staff = TELKOM. Constant theft of cables in Morningside, and then finally telkom decides not to replace, but doesnt tell us customers, i had to phone in for the 3rd time to find this out, i am supposed to go onto fibre or LTE, so i phoned in to check coverage, and the system is not working!!! What the hell TELKOM ???????
