Telkom is pathetic

I went into a telkom branch, to enquire about not getting my correct amount of data. The consultant said that she will log a call for me. I received an sms stating that I will be contacted within two days. I received an sms about 5 days later stating that my query has been resolved. I never even received a call. And nothing has been resolved. Why is telkom doing his?really pathetic service. I will never recommend them. Canceling my contract very soon.
