Telkom is PATHETIC.

We currently have a 4mbps uncapped ADSL line installed. If I am lucky, I get a download speed of about 350kbps on a very GOOD day. Some days I get the speed of a 2mbps line. <br> <br> Because of the slow speeds, I decided to upgrade my line to a 10mbps ADSL line. After about 3 weeks of NOTHING, we phone to find out that they have cancelled our order for the 10mbps line, because our house is too far from the exchange box.<br> <br> My issue here is not the cancellation or slow speeds, but the fact that Telkom can't even proparly install more than 4mbps ADSL lines in our area. Nevermind the rest of the country. Other countries get speeds of 1Gbps, and here Telkom still struggle with 4mbps. They should just hand over the responsibilty to a company that is willing to grow and UPGRADE the technology. Just pathetic.
