Telkom is pathetic

I have had contracts with Telkom for some time now but was experiencing huge amounts being deducted from my account so I decided to cancel and get an uncapped line. First I ordered the uncapped line and they sent me a 10g Sim card instead, then I called to tell them they have made a mistake and the courier rocks up to collect without any warning from Telkom. I then went into the store to find out that these small amouts of R3 have been added to my account every month. According to them it's for some subscription but I have never subscribed to anything. I was advised that it would be credited to my account.... Still waiting!!!!! I have been paying the account every month and still my balance never reflects a zero. Now I have a Sim card on my name I never asked for but I am paying for, money that's being deducted from my account for no reason. Amount between 4000 and 6000 per month. They have to be dam crazy!!!! Call Centre can not help me even though I have called and I just get pushed from pillar to post. No refund to my account like they advised would happen. I I want nothing to do with telkom. They need to credit me, take back all their Sim cards. Cancel my subscription with them for the 10g and the uncapped and STOP DEBITING MY FLIPPEN ACCOUNT
