TELKOM IS PATHETIC!!!!!

They don't even deserve a rating because they absolutely do nothing. My ADSL has been down for almost 3 weeks and I am constantly trying to get help but they don't give you reference numbers or a name.

Telkom Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay is just as useless. If you ask for assistance only empty promises. The technicians are also just as useless!!!!

It's a shame that people sit in posts and do nothing but people like me pay on time and this is the service we get. I have been struggling for more than a year to get someone to help with the poor connections and problems with internet lines in our area ****tle Brak) but no success ..and the sad thing is that I need the internet to get my work and now have to pay double for data

I wish I can get somebody to help
