TELKOM IS PATHETIC!

Telkom is USELESS! After 5 months i am still struggling to get service. The call back is a myth, the app doesn't get you to someone to speak with, there is no way to speak to anyone in a higher position than the consultants in the shops, and they couldn't care a ****! They never call back!! They change your contract without any notice if it suites them!! STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM!!!
