Telkom is pathetic

Hi again my name is pretisha rajaram my husband and I have been a customer at telkom for 11years ever since this year 2023 telkom has been freaking suspending our service's yes we was quite awake of our account been back withs in the month of December and my husband has been Makin payment to telkom directly from his bank account so far for the year of 2023 from January to March we have paid a sum of R18,30000 plus there was a unknown (basebone)subscription added to our account with out any authorization by my husband further more telkom has been freakly suspending our lines when it comes to payments of this account its paid on time without any hassle telkom is becoming a pathetic service provider they become very rude to customers especially the branch in the Phoenix plaza I'm a customer and it's in the best interest of customer service that we be treated fairly telkom is rendering us a service which is been paid for those services that we are usin is not free we are paying for it so likewise we don't expect our service to be interrupted paided service are been charged yet line is suspended 😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠
