TELKOM IS PATHETIC

Absolutely shocking service and disgusting customer service i have logged a call for my business Telephone/Fax line with them for 2 weeks after being disconnected. Spoken to countless people received reference numbers. and I've been disconnected, and it has been paid, now have numerous reference numbers (***) just to mention one and promises that they will resolve/sort out now. This absolutely disgusting no one has assisted even calling every day. My business is suffering because of them unable to fix a simple re-connecting my fax/land line back, they think this is a joke to see our businesses fail because of their *********** staff. Absolutely a shocking service provider. SIES!!!!!
