Telkom Is Pathetic

This provider is pathetic and a nightmare. I have a credit reflecting under my name which I never took out with you guys. I have been telling your agents a thousand times that I had nothing to do with the account and now they want me an affidavit that was done last year. where was I supposed to keep it when I didn't even know about this until you guys started telling me about it. Worst part, your agents are full of attitude!
