Telkom is Pathetic!

Telkom is probably one of the worst companies when it comes to service delivery via the call back service. I've been without internet for two days despite my account being paid to date. The phone line connected to voip hasnt worked for over a month and yet I am.being charged for the service. So I had to visit the Gateway store for assistance only to be told the technician is on an hours lunch break. Unable to wait that long, I requested to call from the store but was unable too. Rather, a consultant offered for Technical department to call back, which would have been within an hour. That "hours" wait was almost three hours. And when I was eventually called, the call didn't last more than 30 seconds before being disconnected. I got an immediate call back but even before answering, the line was cut off. So now I would need to go back to the store and Telkom will not reimburse me for my time, transport and inconvenience. It's a damn shame to have such pathetic service for which we pay dearly. Pathetic!
