Telkom is Pathetic
I app**** a week ago for a laptop deal through a telkom mobile store on Thursday 28.05.2015. Lady tells me on friday the 29th that stock will be there by 11 on Monday 01.06.2015. Today is thursday 04.06.2015 and still no stock . The call centre nor the store can give me an answer. I am so tired of telkom and their ****. Why advertise something when there is a problem with stock . It would be a bit better if someone is able to get an answer as to when stock is arriving but no one seems to know anything. What the hell is going on. I am so frustrated right now .
