TELKOM IS PATHETIC

I am so tired of Telkom *****ing from its customers. They have collected a debit order after cancelling the contract and they not contacting me to collect the device. I am so furious how do you do this to your customers during this difficult time?! First you **** saying I have LTE service to trap me in a contract then I had to take out fiber. Wrongfully debut my account with the old invoice . I want my funds and I don’t want you to credit my Telkom account. I want the funds back in my cheque account
