Telkom is pathetic

Telkom has no idea how to update their records. This is the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am still getting threatening sms's from their debt collection agency for an account that was transferred to new owners over 13 years ago. I have asked them countless times to remove my celphone number from their system. The current owners of that account are notoriously non-payers of debts. I am so sick and tired of being harassed for bad debt that isn't mine.... that I simply want to puke.

Pathetic.

I will never ever be a Telkom client. And I certainly will nebee recommended them to anyone.
