TELKOM is PATHETIC

<p> Today it three months since we requested Telkom to migrate our ADSL line to FTTH....order cancelled twice and nobody at the Call centre can explain why?? Pathetic service. Telkom does not deserve the two stars it is rated! Everytime a call centre agent gIves a different version of the status. Deposit paid yet nothing is happening. We have an existing fiber infrastructure. All Telkom needs to do is migrate the package on their system! TELKOM IS USELESS!!!! Mangers don't call back....3 MONTHS TELKOM!!!!! IT'S NOT BRAIN SURGERY! DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISES!!!!</p>
