Telkom is pathetic

Telkom service is pathetic , I email the CEO office stating the the wrong information I was given in August to this day. No one with experience and brains has advised me what they have done and how do they fix my billing since I was missed inform with my bill. They have the recording and the are aware that I was miss lead but all they can say is that my billing is correct. I guess these are the results of being with a company that does not Value or have trust with it's customers. I am still waiting for my refund of R300 to this day.
