TELKOM IS PATHETIC

Good afternoon

Can I please get some assistance or response? I have been fighting this battle for 2 years now. Can I please have what I am asking for? PLEASE URGENTLY ASSIST!!! All I want is my paid up letter and I have requested this numerous times yet nobody can answer me. Manqoba Nxumalo has told his consultant that I will receive this in 1 to 2 days which was last week Monday. I am still waiting. Please explain to me what the delay is as I cannot wait any longer for this. The service I have received from Telkom over the past 2 years has been nothing short of pathetic. It seems as though the staff are not trained and very little product knowledge as well as on the job training. I do not under stand why it is so difficult to send me this paid up letter. You are quick to make contact when payments are late yet when service is requested from you it is nearly impossible to get any assistance or useful feedback.

I honestly hope that there is at least one person who will be able to read and understand what it is that I am requesting.
