TELKOM IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!

I am disgusted with the service I received from Telkom. I have been having ongoing issues from the time I started taking the contract. You keep on debiting my acc and say that my membership is suspended due to outstanding amount. I HAVE PAID THIS AMOUNT YET YOU STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT. I WANT THE CHARGES THAT YOU HAVE CREATED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. SOMEONE BETTER CONTACT ME WITH REGARDS TO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
