Telkom is PATHETIC

Telkom Sales team.. PATHETIC... I went from VUMA tell to openserve (telkom called and offered me)... Everything has now been installed, took them 4 days just to get the Fibre linked to my home. I called telkom to activate my services n to my surprise, it shows nothing on their side, received an sms today that openserve will come and install... The more I explain telkom that everything is done and I need to be activated, the more they telling me there's nothing on their side! 4 days with no wifi, I have exams and assignments due, but cannot do anything bcoz Telkom is useless.
