Telkom is pathetic

This was a review written in the 23rd April: still no response and now my network shows a x again which means the roaming seems to be completely switched off:

So so frustrating that whenever I chat to an agent we get cut off! I emailed last week and have not had a reply! I app**** for international roaming and it was approved. I followed instructions and I can see the 3G symbol (which used to just be a x before I app****) but it won't work! I've tried numerous times to talk to an agent and its so frustrating that when we are cut off I have to start again! I need my international roaming to work as I need to make calls. I am already in Cairo, I've had to switch the Sim 'off' as it just won't work. I need help as contacting Telkom is a complete waste of my time!

I need and want my roaming to work! I also want a response!
