Telkom is Pathetic

Telkom doesn't care less of what you say or how you say it. You can scream, cry or ask for please help me I am going crazy!!!!! I've been trying to get my services with Telkom fixed but still waiting. I phoned the first week in January to cancel my cancellation which tey did'nt do. If I've known better, I would have left it cancelled and still have good things to say about Telkom. To have my services activated or instelled again and to get my old number back is asking for the impossible. Telkom is unable to do so but they charged me R990 for whatever.....still don't know for what. I am currently using someone elses landline but what the hell, at least I have a landline. With luck I might be happy with Telkom in my next life...ha ha
