Telkom is pathetic.

Most pathetic service! Ordered a landline at beginning of February. The consultant checks that infrastructure is available in area. A month later after phoning a few times and wasting my cellphone airtime, a technician comes out to my house and informs me that there is no infrastructure in the area. I went to a Telkom shop and then Stand in a queue for about 30 minutes and then get told they don't have stock. Went to another Telkom Shop and wait again in a long queue. Then the lady tells me something is wrong with the sim card and that the system is down. Now the second week and still nothing is done about the problem. The manager and lady that assisted me promise to phone me back but never do. This is so utterly pathetic and Telkom is the most useless service provider.
