TELKOM IS PATHETIC

I app**** for a mobile online they called me the next day 2 weeks back, I have been doing follows ups to date I cant get any help. last week I called twice they told me they are offline i must call after 2 hours and when I called back I was holding over 20 minutes. today I called at 09h00 same story they are offline I must call after 2 hours. I don't know what to do anymore. Telkom is just giving us a pathetic service
