TELKOM IS PATHETIC

I took out a 24 month ADSL 10meg line unlimmited data contract with Telkom in October 2019 you got a 2 gig intergrated si card with the deal, I am struggling since October to get this card to work, this morning I get a whatsapp message from the Task team saying they will assist, to get the intergrated Sim card to work I need to pay a fee, this is now beyond ridiculous.
