Telkom is pathetic!!

Telkom are pathetic! I logged a new order for fibre on the 3rd of October. Telkom said it takes them 14 - 21 working days to approve your order. In the mean time, I phoned them 3 times where they tell me I must just wait for a techniciam to phone me for an appointment. When I phone them today, the response was there was a stuff up with my order and we need to start all over again!!! This is ridiculous, as I have to still pay for a service I am not get getting and I need to top up 3 phones with data while we wait for wifi.

Come on Telkom, surely you can do better than this!!!
