Telkom is pathetic

<p>This is my 3rd review this month they do not respond to this reviews.</p> <p>They reply to the post and then do nothing. Telkom is probably the worst company in South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted them 8 times during this month same thing being said. They don't care about their customer they will make you pay for nothing literally. You can't dispute anything until they fix it and they don't fix it. So you are not able to dispute ever. They suspend a service I don't have just to charge more and more.</p> <p>Call centre agent just hang up because they don't want to help. They don't give ref numbers for calls. They have no respect for anyone. I will not pay until this is resolved. I will not allow Telkom to ***** my money.</p>
