Telkom is pathetic !!!!!
I app**** for ADSL line on 9 September 2018 in Somerset West mall.On the 13th I received an sms asking about the service I received and rate 0 -10 and if I would recommend them. I gave a 0 as nothing has progressed since I walked into Telkom on the 9th.Telkom asked the same question 3 times and I still have not heard from them since. No ADSL , no service and no contact from them. Same **** as 5 years ago when they cancelled my internet due to their own incompetence .

01 Oct 2018, 11:56What is the damn use, I have already signed a 2 year contract with cell C because Telkom is a damn useless and an embarrassment to all . I only received excellent service from Mr De Villiers in somerset west Mall when I cancelled my land line.Now you want to bill me for the R217.00 monthly bill because Telkom changed something outside my property during the three weeks I've been waiting fro an ADSL line.
