Telkom is pathetic!!!!!!

Have been living in my house for almost 2 years. I am paying for a 10meg line but never once received the 10meg line. Every month i phone and complaint about the slow internet. This last 2 weeks the internet speed is download 0.05 how can i pay for 10meg but not even getting 1 meg line. I had logged a fault no one is getting back. They suspend my line for 61 rand now i have to pay a reconnection fee. Every month its the same thing over and over again. The service is pathetic
