Telkom is pathetic

Every month for more than a year i pay for a 10 meg line but every month i must complainbabout slow internet. I have been waiting for more than a month for a technician to come to my house phoned two times already no response or feedback from telkom. The service is pathetic and for more than a year i pay for service i dont receive the right package that i pay for
