Telkom is pathetic

Telkom are useless I cannot receive calls on my phone from landline numbers the message people get is number does not exist. Been into a telkom store twice waited over an hour to be seen only for them to tell me they have logged a call. The support person who helped me told me I am welcome to cancel my contract if I am not happy, I was shocked. There is obviously a routing issue with my number but it seems all queries go into a black hole and no one can give you any information. Pathetic service and actually in breach as they cannot supply a working number. As consumers we have no option but to accept.
