Telkom is pathetic

Telkom installed a adsl line last week. The number is ********** 697. To date the internet is so slow it is unusable. This is a 10Mb/s line. The fault number is 30ARK230218. I am not paying for this until it is fixed. This is pathetic service. I also have not received my tv box that is part of the deal.
