Telkom is pathetic

Sales agents are quick to call for new mobile sales, but when they cant supply a product they advertise they never come back to you. Please people this is FALSE ADVERTISING. Go online and purchase an Iphone 6s Plus 128GB ...........good luck they are falsely advertising this handset. Telkom has truely gone from bad to worse..... I have been shunted around since the 22nd of Jan 2018 and today is the 2nd of Feb 2018. Still waiting for a management rep to contact me. It appears Telkom treats their clients like mushrooms, they keep your in the dark and feed you *******.
