Telkom is pathetic

I had to move from PE to Joburg. This is already a traumatic experience. Before i moved i phoned to check that one of the two properties that im interested in has lines for ADSL. So i chose the property in Joburg that has coverage. I depend on internet for my studies etc. (ref: ********** 71A). I was assured that my new area in Joburg has lines available and that the move will not cost me a cent because my package at telkom covers the line move. Its more that a week later, i moved into the new property and I decided to give them a call to find out how long this will still take as i have assignments etc to submit and an skype interview tomorrow. Well the lady ( Ntokozo) informed me that "your area does not have lines so you now need to go the LTE route. Just to hear that the area also does not have uncapped LTE available!!!!! What the hell Telkom!!!! I am fuming!!!! This is unacceptable to say the least!!! You are a disgrace to you loyal customers. I want this sorted out TODAY (28 august)!!!! I am awaiting your feedback!
