TELKOM IS PATHETIC

<p>Problem with my line for a few years now, no-one can call us, we can only make outgoing calls, so when my kids are at home i can't contact them. Called Telkom a few times, but they are to pathetic to solve the problem. App**** online to have my line changed to a prepaid line, but after a few months still nothing. My line has been completely dead for a few months now and Telkom still can't fix it, but I must pay my bill every month. Called them now to discontinue my line, but they can't do it telephonically, I must send an e-mail. I did send the e-mail, but believe me I won't get any response from them. TELKOM IS PATHETIC</p>
