Telkom is PATHETIC

<p>On 12 Jan 2016 I wrote my Telkom problem on Hellopeter. Telkom responded that this would be looked into. It's now 24 January and I have heard NO response. 17 Jan lodged billing dispute # ********** 00001... It's now 24 Jan and I have heard NO response! Emailed Telkom twice about this problem on 12 jan and 19 jan... It's now 24 Jan and heard NO response.... I upgraded my line 6 weeks ago from a R499 4MBS package to a R799 10MBS package and for the month of Jan I got a R1500 bill instead of just the R799... Telkom picked up on 14 December that they had forgot to disconnect the old package when they upgraded me to new package so now they have charged me for both on the same phone line?! Ref # ********** 80A. Telkom stop being idiots and for once and for all sort this problem you have created out?!</p>
