TELKOM IS PATHETIC

<p>TELKOM IS THE WORST.<br />My husband took his phone in to the Mall@Reds store after it stopped working on October 29th. To this day, he has been the one going back and forth call and going into the branch trying to get answers about what is happening with his phone. He has called their repair centre himself to get feedback and all he got was a lady on the line giving him attitude and huffing and puffing on the line because she did not want to help. He uses his phone for business and has had to make alternate arrangements costing him even more money!! <br />He has requested feedback on numerous occasions but, no one gets back to him. This is absolutely pathetic from such a big company. Every time he goes in and asks for feedback, The person helping cannot even read the notes on their system.<br />TELKOM YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!!!!!!</p>
