Telkom is pathetic

In 2023 took a contract with Telkom the 80gig simcard. I was told that it’s a month to month contract even the advert says so, few months i lost the sim card and called to cancel the service. The consultant told me it has been blocked and cancelled I won’t be receiving any data on it. It’s 2025 in February Telkom is added on my credit as owing freaking 5000, I went to their branch to ask how and as always they don’t know nor care how the amount got to that. They have been deducting every month till now for what reason as I don’t have the sim card at my possession I don’t know. I demand answers
