Telkom is pathetic

<p>I am sick and tired of Telkom...</p> <p>i have been waiting for Telkom to sort out a problem from the 22nd Aug 2016 and it is the 31st Aug 2016 and still nothing! I have emailed them and everytime i try to speak to a supervisor i sy on the line for 30min max and get cut off. I have subscribed to Telkom 3 months ago and still just having uphill with them. They give me a 012 number where you don't get an answer after 1hour.</p> <p>I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT THERE IS AN ONLINE EVENT ON AND NEED TO BE ONLINE BUT THANKS TO TELKOM IT IS NOT POSSIBLE..... WE ONLINE FOR 30MIN AND GET KICKED OFF AGAIN</p>
