Telkom is PATHETIC
I went into the branch on the 24th of April 2014. I was due for my cellphone upgrade and was told it will take 3 working days. Till this day i have not had a response AT ALL!!! They told me that the phone will be here at the END OF MAY!!! I do not understand why it can not be sourced from a different branch. Why do the other service providers have it in numerous colours and not this PATHETIC TELKOM!!! <br> I WANT MY PHONE!!!
