TELKOM IS PATHETIC

Service is absolutely pathetic. I have been trying to resolve the cancellation of my contract for 3 months. I have made the outstanding amount as stated by the agent which excludes the debit order for the month and the agent stated from June only the one open contract will be debited

Not to find out they debit from the amount I paid which was suppose to close the account, they advised my account is in credit and they debit from that amount

To get a hold of an agent is so pathetic and you on hold for hours They don’t call back when the call drops You get transferred all over the place They understand your query but never help When you do get a hold of an agent then they say ohh they don’t deal with it and transfer to the next department and then hold for another hour

When they need to take money from you or if you haven’t made payment they quick to call or suspend your account when it was not even your fault

Useless absolutely poor service

I will never recommend this **** service
