Telkom is pathetic

Telkom is the biggest a**hole I have met in my life. For more than a year we do not have phone, cause the salez department has not bothered to Co e deliver the wireless phone, they delivered a sim card but have made millions of calls and gave up as nobody helps, now they send the account to debt collectors and I'm receiving numerous calls from these d**b people who don't care but want money. So telkom charges for a line that none existence and nobody can call us on and my gran cannot walk she is ill but they don't care nor is her English well so how will she talk to these debt collectors. But instead of telkom fixing this issue they send it to debt collectors cause the line is not paid for. What line do we pay for if we do not even have a phone and telkom refuses to fix it
