Telkom is Pathethic

since I bought the air time on the 28 Oct from Telkom as contract customer, still even today I haven't received my airtime. even after sending to them the requested bank statement, my heart is painful am so hurt, Telkom is not a support or caring bussiness they don't care about customer survive they rather lose contracts for 69 than attending positively to their customer queries. please guys don't go to Telkom, better Vodacom or MTN
