TELKOM IS PATHETHIC

Every DAMN month my Telkom account is billed incorrectly. Then they cut my wi-fi even though the correct amount has been paid before it is due. Then when I phone in - a dispute is logged. Nothing EVER comes of that logged dispute because the following month I have to do and hear the same thing. Now I'm waiting to be reconnected. They can't tell me how long this will take. TELKOM IS PATHETIC, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! All they care about is sales, no customer care whatsoever! Billing is incorrect ALL THE TIME. Please fix your system that you are using.
