Telkom is on autopilot - be careful with this Telecom provider

I am fully aware that no one is going to respond on this. This company is on auto pilot. You can not get help anywhere I feel sorry for the customers. I took a contractor for 2 cellphones and a router 3yrs back and the phone's contract lapsed last year November and cancel it and re-new with one contract, ever since then I have been having issues and they ended up suspending the new one, mind you they did not stop debiting for the older contracts as well. I will be heading to twitter and TickTick probably they might give me attention after that. Very very very useless........ provider I ever encounter in my life.
