Telkom is now the worst network

Telkom is the worst network the service is horrible. so I lost my SIM card last week actually lost my phone and I went to do a sim swap but they wouldn't do it because when I bought my SIM card the person who sold it to me didn't put my passport number correctly, how is that my fault? because I gave them I give the person my password to write the correct number but they still wrote it wrong; how is it my fault? that I can't do my Sims all because of someone else's mistake? I need to do the sim swap I need this number and somehow they have to fix it because it's not my fault I cannot be punished. I cannot receive a punishment for someone else's mistake.
