Telkom is now really useless 4 appointments missed apparently my time does not matter

You useless company for each appointment you book and openserve misses i will write a review. Already 4 appointments missed, wait 30 minutes to speak to useless agent who then conveniently puts me back in the queue ummm there is a cable issue. No! new drop poles and new wire were installed to my premises weeks ago update your freaking outdated system and stop wasting my time. Do you think i have days to waste waiting on no show appointments.
