TELKOM IS NOW INTO A BIG **** - BE WARNED !!!!!

I ordered a new contract with Telkom about a month ago and everything was concluded between myself and Telkom to the extent that they even Debited my Account. I then waited for them to deliver the goods that i ordered and I then received a message saying that they were out of Stock and I had to wait for stock to be available. I then enquired as to when they think the stock wll be available as I wanted to travel, up to date nobody can tell me when I can expect to receive the mobile phones that I ordered. If I phone the contact centre nobody can help me. This means that they are already billing me for something that I still haven't received.

I asked them if they can cancel my order so that I can walk in a shop when I saw the stock is available, they said it is not possible. Now I do not know where to turn to. they took my money but no goods have been delivered and most frustrating nobody can even attempt to assist
