TELKOM IS NOW ADVERTISING **** PROMOTION

BE WARNED!!!!!<br> <br> Telkom such a big company is now advertising **** promotions. There was an advert on National TV about a deal for 5Gig Megabites and a wifi router for R99.00. This is not true and it does not exist. I was the 1st one to apply for this deal on line as there was an option to apply on line. I submitted my application and it responded and said application successfully submitted and a consultant will get in touch with me. This was on Sunday the 6th of March 2016. On Monday when I tried to phone Telkom to follow up, nobody picks up the phones in the Sales Dept. For 2 days I struggled to get hold of anyone and the 3rd day I managed to speak to someone who told me that I must visit the branch. They do not attend to applications on line. I am so disappointed with Telkom because it is such a big company where we expect good customer service. <br> <br> Eventually when I visited the branch I was told that they are no longer accepting new applications. This is the reason why I had submitted my application on line to save time and to be amongst the 1st ones to apply. I will definitely spread the word, TELKOM advertising **** promotion.
